I'm a week late writing this, but the technician was great. He arrived early (i hadn't gotten home yet) was kind enough to wait for me and fixed my leaky toilet. He explained everything he was doing and even showed me why I had the leak in the first place. He also took the time to clean after the work was complete. I highly recommend A1 Plumbing and will call them again if needed in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with A1 Sewer & Drain on June 18, 2025. Technician Pat Burns did a phenomenal job installing my new water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. Pat took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured the installation was done safely and correctly, and left the area spotless when he was done. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of service I received. Highly recommend A1 Sewer & Drain—and especially Pat Burns—for any plumbing needs!

Justice was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my plumbing issues and concerns I’ve had with previous plumbing experiences with a couple other plumbers recently. Prince was over twice in one week and was thorough and communicative with what was going on. Overall, very good experience so far with A1 Plumbing. They don’t price gouge either and communicate clearly about what the issues are so that you can get a better understanding. Very impressed.

A1 Sewer and Drain was fantastic! James came out to my house on short notice on a holiday to replace broken service line that was spraying water all over my yard. He was very friendly, communicated everything, and right to the point. If I ever need a plumbing service again I will only request James from A1! He is the best and has a great sense of humor too!!

I have a rental home where the washing machine drain became backed up after a large load. Called A1 sewer and drain for a same day fix. Greg arrived on time for his appointment. He went to work right away and was able to clear the clog. Even ran the drain snake out further to ensure there were no other issues.
