He reinstalled a ceiling fan and reinforced the other...both are operating better than before (my own shoddy installation). We had a leak under the bathroom sink that vexed us...thst is now fixed. A new medicine cabinet was installed and the tub recaulked. He was deliberate with his work, making sure it was done right!
