Donn is truly amazing, I could not recommend him enough. He was able to recover all of my lost data on an SD card quickly and effectively. He was super responsive and great to work with. He is such a kind and trust worthy guy!

Was easy to work with helped me in coordinating with other companies tech support in trouble shooting my issue. Would not give up with trying to figure out my issue. Was easy to get a hold of and made me feel very comfortable as someone who doesn't have a lot of knowledge with computers.
