We use Black Lotus for HVAC maintenance and repair at two places and had a great experience. They were super responsive to our messages and kept us informed about the process/changes in a timely manner. While on site, they took great care of keeping the site clean and also answered all questions very patiently. We have had no issues since the fix and maintenance work they did at two locations for us
