- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prepayment: New clients are required to prepay 50% of the order amount before work begins. • The remaining amount: is paid upon completion of the work, immediately after acceptance of the result. ⸻ 📲 Payment methods • 💳 Zelle, Venmo, Cash App • 💵 Cash • 💳 Debit/Credit card (upon request) • 🧾 Invoice (by email or PDF) ⸻ 🕒 Payment deadline • Payment must be made within 24 hours of completion of the work. • In case of delay in payment for more than 3 days, a penalty of 10% of the debt amount is charged for every 1 days of delay. ⸻ 📌 Cancellation or rescheduling of a visit • If the order is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, $50 is retained (or the prepayment is not refunded). • In case of failure to provide access to the property at the agreed time, an additional fee for departure ($35–$75) may be charged. ⸻ ⚖️ Non-payment and actions • In case of non-payment on time, we reserve the right to: • Transfer the case to small claims court. • Forward information to a debt collection agency. • Leave a corresponding review on the Thumbtack platform and other sites. ⸻ 🙏 Thank you for your understanding!
