I cannot say enough about Shane and his guys. They rebuilt a backyard fence for us here in Seattle. With the 2019 snow the old fence fell down on a Sunday and by Friday next week a beautiful new fence was up!! Simply amazing. These guys are prompt, incredibly professional, fun, hard working and did I mention Very Very well priced!! And they do more than landscaping and fencing. Shane is a quality contractor that I would not hesitate to use on any job around my home. You cannot go wrong with Shane. You will love him and thank me for this review. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really try to be fare.If some one is at $500 I try to beat the price as best as possible without loosing money.If I quote u $500 It takes me less than expected I will try to add something extra..😊
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always think it imperative to listen.Let the customer explain things then work on the best route.Saving money is the best way for everyone in long run
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken Manufacturing Technology in College, CPR, Auto Cad, welding, castings it was fun times.Never got my A.A since the program shut down.I believe I have enough credits just a couple classes shy..
