- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
at on ice HVAC. our pricing is competitive within the market area. because we are a small business and locally owned, we're able to have a more personal relationship with the vendors which allows us better pricing to our competitors who are owned by out-of-state hedge fund managers. we also have a closer and more personal relationship with our customers being more readily available to them. this allows us to keep our pricing consistent without annual markups and price increases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with any customer is to get a full understanding of your concerns or questions, walk you thru how and why your current system may be operating as it is, and walk you thru your options to repair, replace, or simply improve your homes system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are NATE certified, manufacturer trained, and participate in continuing education courses thru NATE, L&I, and Manufacturers.
