AE Demolition showed up right at the scheduled date and time they said. The job ended up being much more than they expected but they never said a word and buckled down and got it done. The worksite was cleaned up like the shed we had demo’ed wasn’t even there. Will hire them again

Overall, our experience was solid. Especially in their quick and kind communication and following through with what they said they would do. The 15 yard dumpster is technically the only one they have, so when they list “30 yard” it’s technically two 15 yard trailer dumpsters. Which was fine with us as we have a large paved driveway and lot. Since we wanted a 30 yard dumpster and they only had ONE 15 yard one available, I was a little hesitant when they said they would drop off the 15 yard, when we filled it, they’d come and get it and then return it immediately and we could fill it again. They added a free day (6 days instead of 5) to make up for the missing time. I’m glad we went ahead and went with AE Demolition because they did indeed show up on time when it was filled, returned it immediately and showed us the receipts. I was pleasantly surprised they took items I wasn’t expecting they would take. For instance we had a broken TV, elliptical trainer, treadmill and gas-powered generator. Also parts of a couch, an electronic chair and tons of wet Amazon boxes. The electronics are all typically tough to dispose of but they took the time to get the items to the correct places. Our second load was all clean yard waste and they took it to a place where disposing of it was cheaper per ton than mixed household goods. $118/ton versus $180/ton. There were a few places that were cheaper, but for the quick turn around and solid communication, it was worth the extra couple hundred dollars since we had so many large broken electronics. Pictures don’t include the electronics piles. Trust me, they were massive.
