We got multiple bids for our master bathroom remodel and we went with ATG Built for a couple reasons.Their pricing was competitive and the estimate that Max provided had line items for every part of the process and was very detailed.Once we were under contract, Liliya was very helpful with our design decisions.Max was great as our project manager. He communicated with us all the time as construction moved along, including providing us progress photos and calling us to discuss items when we were out of town.Plumbing and electrical sub-contractors were timely and very professional. They, along with ATGs own trades did a fantastic job.There were a couple of surprises once the walls and floors were opened up, and the owner came out to talk through best option(s) for resolution at reasonable change order amounts.No unexpected costs with final invoice because any add-on $ was agreed upon in the moment, so we were very happy with that aspect of the overall project.We love our new bathroom and project came in a week ahead of schedule.We have already referred ATG to other friends who are needing a high quality, professional contractor at reasonable pricing.

We had both our bathrooms remodeled by Atlantic Tile and Granite and are very pleased with the job that they did. Max did a great job with the initial quotes and explaining our options. This was followed by working with Liliya, the designer. She was great with helping narrow down the overwhelming number of choices and options to the few that made sense. While ATG was not the cheapest quote, the details they provided in each line item gave us some assurance that they had considered all that needed to be done, and were not going to surprise us with additional costs midway through the project.The actual work on the bathrooms went smoothly and according to plan. We especially appreciate the high quality work and attention to detail provided by Ivan, the tile-setter. Despite the use of various sub-contractors, the coordination went smoothly.We definitely recommend ATG for anyone looking for a bathroom remodel.
