He was professional, polite, and made us feel completely at ease having him in our home which isn’t always the case when letting a stranger into your home. He did a great job with the assembly, and when we gave him a $20 tip to show our appreciation, he actually tried to return it. That really stood out to us that level of honesty is rare and says a lot about his character.
