After a Sunday morning site visit, Vishal said he would email and estimate that day. It never came. I followed up the next day and he said he has 5 other estimates to prepare and I would have it by end of day Monday. It wasn't sent. I messaged to say I had to make a decision and would need to go another direction. He did not respond at all. Lack of follow up.
