2 years ago our furnace died unexpectedly and Ballard Natural Gas came to our rescue and got us a great deal on a brand new furnace. We were so pleased with the work that when we decided to add a heat pump this summer we immediately called Tyler again. He was super professional and even still had the original proposal from 2 years ago ready when he showed up to spec out the new heat pump. His professionalism and knowledge were fantastic and he answered all questions we had. The team was able to get everything ready and installed in less than a week just in time for the end of summer! Nick and the install team were super professional as well and did a fantastic job making sure everything was perfect, clean and efficient. Would highly recommended BNG for all your heating and cooling needs and have already given there info to any neighbor who asks!

Had my water heater switched out today, took out the gas and put in and electric. The work was done well, its clean and neat thanks to Tyler and Otto for doing a fantastic job this morning. Ballard Natural Gas have been helping me out on my house for awhile nowand that will continue. Thanks.

Zack and Max did a great job! Zack was so thorough with vacuuming the vents and vaccines around the floor to make sure it was all clean. Very nice person. Nick did a great job and also was very nice and volunteered to put the sliding doors on the hinges which I appreciated. Theyve been off for a few years. Id just leaned them against the frame. Showed me how to schedule temp n use fan etc as well on new system. Really appreciate the work these guys did. Thank you for great service!

Austin came out to inspect the furnace for the HOA and was so respectful and kind. Plus explained everything and got us situated for next year.Zach and Eder came out a few days later to clean the duct and they were amazing too. Just really patient, cleaned up after themselves and were respectful and kind.Well done Ballard Natural!

Had a three head mini split installed a week ago by Humberto V. and Anthony G. I was very pleased with the high quality and efficiency of their work. They are both top caliber installers. They were both super knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions about the install, and equipment, and I learned a lot from them just by watching them work in between my own projects. Very pleased with the whole experience working with Ballard Natural Gas Service, from the initial consult with Tyler K, to the back office assistance of Zoe K, and of course the wonderful installation.
