I recently hired Chanin from Brady Builders to paint my living room, kitchen, and hallways, as well as to install a new fence around my corner lot home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Chanin was absolutely awesome to work with. From start to finish, he was professional, pleasant, and easy to communicate with. He takes pride in his work and it really shows in the quality of the painting and craftsmanship of the fence. Everything was done with great attention to detail, and he left my home looking fresh, polished, and beautiful. Not only is Chanin talented, but he is also trustworthy and reliable, qualities that gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely nice to work with, but Chanin truly checks all the boxes. Had a great experience with Chanin of Brady's Builders. He helped us design an ornate deck skirting that had several odd dimensions. He then built it to our specifications. Chanin also sourced the materials we chose, not an easy task. We are very pleased with the results and feel we got a good value. We would gladly work with him again.
