Joe saved us $1k+ on heat pump repair. Another local company was going to charge over $1000 for a *diagnostic test* on our heat pumps not to mention the repair itself! Joe, the technician, arrived on time and inspected my 22 y.o. furnace, replaced the filters, and assessed the overall health of the system.
