He really took the time to educate me on steps needed to be taken in my 1920’s home, as well as electrical upgrade recommendations in the future. He was very communicative about schedule and payment. I had some unexpected work that needed to be done in the middle of a bathroom remodel. We found knob and tube and I realized I needed a swing gfci outlet. They reached out very quickly and talked through the whole project. They were the only ones I felt had an understanding of what I needed. The price they quoted was fair, and they disaster hours work to accommodate my plumber. And they responded quickly when I added something last minute. The plumber and the contractor were both impressed and grateful with how they left their work. They worked quickly and when I had a follow up question afterwards they responded quickly and in detail. 100/10
