I'm hiring Dan for another project; here is why. 1. Industry: He worked through a brutal 90+ degree day and completed the job, making sure I was satisfied. 2. Fairness: He provided all the weight tickets with his invoice and invoiced less than his estimate although his estimate was one of the lowest. 3. Thoroughness: The job was to remove several inches of dirt, lay weed block and cover with compacted crushed rock in an area bounded by concrete curbing, concrete driveway and asphalt road. The rock work is finished level with all bounding surfaces; no holidays and completely level; no ruts or waves. Nice! 4. The best for last; Teamwork: He was available to discuss options and offer suggestions to ensure the job fulfilled my expectations.

Daniel came on site twice to discuss what I wanted with all the details. The second time I needed to make some changes from the original plan, so he accommodated all requests without a complaint. His original scheduled day for starting the work never changed, and his team did a great job. I needed a gravel foundation for a shed, and all the area was overgrown with thick blackberry bushes. They cleaned everything and prepared the pad, with proper leveling and compacting. In one word, perfect
