Nicolae was great in helping me understand what was wrong with my garbage disposal. He came to my house on a Tuesday, identified the problem, and came back the next day to install the replacement disposal. Once the new disposal was in, he made sure there were no leaks and even went back to add some Teflon tape to one pipe that has given me trouble. He and his wife were great with communication and kept me updated on his availability and timing.
