Jayson was here on time and very knowledgeable and professional! Jayson was able to figure out why my water heater was keeping my water as hot as it should. I had originally tried to fix the issue myself, then called another person to flush it thinking that was the issue, but no luck.I'm glad Jayson listened to what I had already tried and then was able to understand the issue and get it resolved! He quickly and accurately assessed the situation, worked quickly and carefully and made a plan to return to finish the project—detaching my tv from a wall mount, repairing the holes, choosing and helping me order a table top mount, reconnected my Sonos sound bar—all at a reasonable price.
