I worked with David and the team at NW Expert Builders in Seattle, and they did an incredible job on my backyard. They designed and built a Trex composite deck that wraps around my home, featuring a custom privacy wall, Trex decking, cable railing, and a waterproofing rain escape system that creates a dry, usable area under the deck.
The craftsmanship and professionalism were outstanding. Every detail of the composite decking installation was handled with care, from design to final build. My new backyard deck has completely transformed my outdoor living space, making it perfect for relaxing and entertaining year-round.

I highly recommend David and the team at NW expert builders for the exceptional work.They did building a new deck for my wife and me constructed a brand new 780 ft. deck with full framing and also installed a rain escape system on the upper level During project.Termites were discovered in one of the main exterior beams of the house.David and his crew handled the situation with impressive professionalism, bringing in an engineer and heavy duty equipment to fully support.The replace the damaged beam and recover everything flawlessly.Were already looking forward to Project a custom outdoor sauna as we continue turning our new house into our dream home throughout the entire process David was reliable, professional, and fair with his pricing.We highly recommend NW expert builders

I was extremely impressed with NW Expert Builders from start to finish. Sean, our project manager, first came out to provide a quote. He was professional and thorough and answered any questions I had. Their prices were also fair - their quote for our siding replacement was half of what another company quoted. Our project was too small for them to take on, so we added a porch and front door replacement to the list. I'm so glad we did! Sean communicated regularly to ensure the project was on time and being done to our satisfaction. I was very impressed with not only the quality of the work but the speed at which it was completed. Their team even went above and beyond, going to the hardware store to pick up a new door since I had purchased the wrong type. We are thrilled with how the project turned out and we will absolutely be using NW Expert Builders for all of our renovation needs going forward. I would also recommend them to anyone in need of a general contractor.
