Bret was great! He arrived early and started the inspection process right away. He took the time to walk me through each and every part of the inspection and provided clear and detailed information to help me make a decision in purchasing an older home. Bret did an awesome job explaining and teaching as we went through the house, answered all of the questions in a way that was easy to understand. I learned a lot and appreciate the offer to answer questions in the future as well. I will be recommending Bret and plan on hiring him again if needed!

Brett came to inspect a potential roof leak for us. He was very thorough with his work and quickly identified the issues that we would need to get fixed. He sent us a very detailed report not just for the issues but the general condition of the roof to help us decide on next steps. He’s very courteous and responsive and helped to look for roofers to fix the issues as well. One of the most professional folks we have come across. Highly recommended!
