This company sent 17 yr olds to clean my house when I explicitly told the owner of my previous horrible experience. They missed a lot of areas; fridge, toaster oven, tub was filthy (they spray/wipe), there was hair all over wooden floor, the front rug still had debris and the couch was left a mess. How do you call this a cleaning company? When I inspected indicating all the areas she missed, she said “I’m Sorry” and didnt bother to correct the areas. Then she went crying to the owner saying I was rude. All I said was “you can leave” making me sound as if I yelled at her. I have video footages if this man wants to accuse me of something I didn’t do. You do not send children to do this type of work. One barely spoke English and the other didn’t speak at all. Typically I don’t care as long as they can properly clean. How was it possible to miscommunicate if they didn’t understand me? This cleaning service is a fly-by-night service. Completely useless. And the fact they accuse you, the customer. That’s a higher level of ignorance.
