For a single-family home backyard landscaping revamp: We loved working with the team at Urban Earth! They took my very general idea (add some density, focusing on native plants for pollinators with a 'witchy' vibe; no perfect hedges or large grass area, looks good overgrown etc.) and helped create a perfect backyard for us. From the initial consultation to the plan reveal, and any suggestions or tweaks from us- the entire team was such a JOY to work with. It was more than just landscaping, they took the time to educate us on what plants were native (which we wanted) and how to take care of the smaller trees already in our yard. Making sure we knew what each plant was (there was a spreadsheet with costs!)- and were so patient with us as we asked so many questions. They even sketched out what the area could look like a few years down the line, we are beyond excited to watch it mature.Communication: This was a big project that we were in no hurry to complete, but they kept us informed on all scheduling changes on their end constantly, with next day reminder emails and were always super responsive to anything we sent over.Overall- I trusted them with my hopes for a backyard, on my property and in my home, and I look forward to future projects! Thank you!
