- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We conduct a thorough inspection before making an assessment and providing options to customers. We usually have an $89 diagnostic fee during business hours that we waive if the customer chooses to proceed with any of the options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we get the information about your needs. We'll then get you on the schedule for a time that works best for you. Next, we dispatch a technician to assess the work that needs to be done. The technician will then run diagnostics to verify that no other issues are causing the problem you're experiencing. Finally, we can either do the work on-site the same day, or we can schedule the job for a time that works best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Journey man plumber in every van and we do job site training in our main office. We also conduct weekly, monthly assessment and continuous improvement.
