Nick and his team communicated well from beginning to end. We are happy with our new heat pump! He also came to follow up and ensure all was working properly a few months after the install. He really cares.

No joking around, no playing; just people who get straight to work and do a good job. The complete HVAC installation was done in one day, the workmanship excellent and the work area cleaned.
Nick and his crew at impact heating have an amazing work ethic; integrity & honesty is top notch. They are completely trustworthy people and I would have no qualms about leaving the house while they did their work.

I had a new Air Conditioning Unit installed in my home last October. I took quotes from 3 major companies locally. Out of all three I was impressed by Nick. His estimate was the most fair and reasonable and was willing to listen to all my needs.
Nick and his team at Impact Heating and Cooling arrived on time and did a great job on the installation. They were very diligent and hardworking.
Nick also put in the effort to come back during summer to make sure the unit is functioning properly. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
He is one of the best you can find locally for all your heating and cooling needs. I sincerely believe we should all encourage local businesses like Impact Heating and Cooling.

Impact Heating did a great job on instillation and customer service was great.
There was a concern by the inspector and Nik was there the same day to resolve it.
The issue had nothing to do with his installation.
I will use them again without hesitation.
