⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m beyond happy with the service Joseph provided—my piano finally feels alive again. I had a piano donated to me for music school, but after getting it moved into my apartment, I realized it wasn’t even playable. It honestly broke my heart. I was told it would cost over $1,000 to repair—more than the piano was worth—and I pretty much gave up on it. I figured I’d end up tossing it, which felt like such a waste after everything it took to get it here. Then I found Joseph on the app. He responded right away, listened to my situation, and offered a super fair price. He came through as soon as he could and was just incredibly professional, kind, and understanding the whole time. As a college student, I juggle a lot—classes, work, side gigs—and I had to leave the apartment briefly while he was tuning. Even though it’s not usually something he prefers, I felt safe and comfortable leaving him there. That level of trust from the first meeting was rare and appreciated. The whole session had a calm, almost meditative vibe. He worked quietly and precisely, fixing all the sticky keys and getting the tuning just right.
