I met with Jagger on the updates to a couple bathrooms that I would like to complete in my condo. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the process from the beginning to the end of the project. very impressive. really appreciated the details of what goes into this project and materials used.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our in person consultation will work out a to-the-penny price for the project in addition to any relevant discounts. We offer many different types of discounts (veteran, senior, seasonal, etc.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact new customers to schedule an in person consultation pretty quickly after receiving their information. We have a local staff as well as a national call center that share the duty. Then a design consultant will stop by to help design the project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work primarily with consumers looking to remodel/upgrade/update baths and showers.
