Lorrin replaced much of the wood of my front porch. We had an issue with the stairs the first time he rebuilt them, but he agreed they needed to be completed properly and re-did the work. He was timely and completed the job despite the surprisingly early cold weather. I would hire him again, and likely will, for other projects.
