Nadia made me feel extremely comfortable from the get-go. She asked the right questions & had a solid approach - initial deep cleaning, then she'll be doing a full clean to maintain every two weeks for us. Her pricing is extremely reasonable, she was prompt, and an excellent communicator. Also, the one spot that's been bugging me for months because our previous cleaning company seemingly skipped it (under the rolling coffee table) is now sparkling clean and free of dog hair!
