Derrick and his crew (COD) did a great job cleaning up the exterior of a rental property I acquired that was trashed by previous inhabitants. The grass and foliage had not been maintained for years. There was junk and trash scattered all around the house. Definitely one of the biggest eye sores on the block. In just one day, Derrick and his crew punctually arrived at the property and cleaned out the exterior yards and trimmed back the foliage. It actually looks like a home now and even the neighbors have praised the results. The pictures do not do enough justice to the good work this crew put in. Very much appreciate the responsiveness of Derrick and the quick work he made of a tough situation.
