Abe came out for a same day service after his last appointment at 10pm on a day when temps hit over 100. He ran a full diagnostics, found all the issues and made the fixes efficiently and effectively. The company gave us a two year warranty on all the parts replaced and said they would come out if I ran into any issues. Abe was professional and an all around nice guy. He deserves a raise for his work ethic and exceptional representation of the company."See more

Claudine Latombe says, "My 40+ years old insulation needed to be replaced. After I called Element Home Solutions Ernest came to work on an estimate. After climbing in the attic he came back with pictures of my cold air return ducts showing that they were only partially insulated and it was obvious that I was wasting a lot of energy while heating. He took a look at my furnace and advised me that most of the heating ducts themselves in the crawlspace were undersized for the power of the furnace. I believed him because I had been aware that my heating system was not properly functioning and also because he spent more than a half hour explaining to me how all these different parts were working together. So I asked for an estimate for the replacement of the insulation, the replacement of the return air ducts and the replacement of the heating ducts with larger ones.The estimate came back with each part clearly separately priced. I chose Element Home Solutions because they were able to do all this work in one shot and also their price to replace the insulation was the same as the ones I got from other companies.Their crew came on time and I still cannot believe that they did all this work on a 2000 sqft home in only 2 days. They worked diligently trying to minimize the amount of dust at every step, they cleaned up perfectly at the end and they even reconnected all the wiring of the security alarm system that had been displaced.In summary it was a great and efficient work, well explained beforehand by Ernest.But I still have to test how the heating system will work during a cold spell."See more
