We did a full remodel and addition, including removing walls, moving walls, creating a new bedroom/bath, and media room. Part of the house was taken down to the studs. I interviewed close to 10 contractors and narrowed it down to 3. I think all 3 would have worked but we ended up picking Isaac based on our gut feelings. I think the other 2 contractors would have produced good work as well, but I'm not sure they would have been as accommodating as Isaac or as easy to reach. We were given a timeline of 6-9 months by most of the contractors. Isaac got us in in 4 months! I think it is unheard of that contractors actually finish on time! He also urged us over and over again during the process to communicate regularly with him. I never felt I was bothering him. We were kept informed of every step along the way.At one point there was a mistake, I believe due to miscommunication and oversight, although not specifically on his part. However, he took full responsibility for his workers and fixed it, which really impressed me!The attention to detail and quality is superb!"See more
